How can I fix my Nokia 3230?
Hey guys, I have this Nokia 3230 that I bought. Unfortunately, I only got to enjoy it for only about three months. As it suddenly stopped working. And since I have a 5-yaer warranty on it, I took it to the maintenance to fix it. They told me that they were unable to fix it because of a tiny little connector that has broken from the phone’s main circuit or board. And they said that I can not replace it or do any other settlement because that problem with the phone was caused by me dropping the phone. The truth is I can not remember me dropping the phone so hard that a tiny thing inside it break. Not that it stopped working immediately after falling (If that really happened), rather it stopped working suddenly. And when I connected the charger it made a buzzing sound. All this happened about a year ago. And it made me very upset. Now:
1- I have important phone numbers and messages saved on the phone memory, how can I extract them. Too bad I did not copy them earlier. Any possible way to extract them.
2- What do you suggest me to do with the mobile phones company? Should I try to get anything from them (the warranty does not include drop damage problems), But I don't think it is because of drop damage. I believe it is a manufacturing problem. I heard that spare parts for this nokia phone are hard to get. Any idea about that.
Thank you guys and sorry for the long message..
