How can I fix my Nokia 3230?

Hey guys, I have this Nokia 3230 that I bought. Unfortunately, I only got to enjoy it for only about three months. As it suddenly stopped working. And since I have a 5-yaer warranty on it, I took it to the maintenance to fix it. They told me that they were unable to fix it because of a tiny little connector that has broken from the phone’s main circuit or board. And they said that I can not replace it or do any other settlement because that problem with the phone was caused by me dropping the phone. The truth is I can not remember me dropping the phone so hard that a tiny thing inside it break. Not that it stopped working immediately after falling (If that really happened), rather it stopped working suddenly. And when I connected the charger it made a buzzing sound. All this happened about a year ago. And it made me very upset. Now:

1- I have important phone numbers and messages saved on the phone memory, how can I extract them. Too bad I did not copy them earlier. Any possible way to extract them.

2- What do you suggest me to do with the mobile phones company? Should I try to get anything from them (the warranty does not include drop damage problems), But I don't think it is because of drop damage. I believe it is a manufacturing problem. I heard that spare parts for this nokia phone are hard to get. Any idea about that.

Thank you guys and sorry for the long message..

there is a phone screwdriver u can pick up to open the phone its very small, next ull have to get a peice of wire very thin open the phone look for the peice that broke off and find out were it came from then trace the nearest circuit there will probily be two green circuit wires that have broken join the two parts that have been severed. i no it sounds hard and probily wont work but the phone is useless anyway ok mate .ps. take your ease with it there very delicet.
