hi can anyone help ive tried the key code out my manual and it wont work ive been told i need to take the radio out to get the code off the back is this not the same code as in manual plz help

ive got the serial and the 4 digit keycode and it wont work it just keeps saying wait 30 mins after i put code in then it goes back to the code again is it the serial number i need to put in

it's the serial number like m123456
try push /hold button 6 and button 2 this some times will give you the serial
