how can i repair my dimplex cxl sn storage heater ?

i have the above mentioned storage heater in my flat. The economy 7 storage facility of the heater does not work, although the blow heater feature of the storage does work.
Any ideas as to what the problem may be ?

it could be any number of things,supply,fuse,switch,or it could have tripped out.Best get somebody in who knows what he's doing
