error E21 how can i reset this?

Hi the error code E21 is showing on my zanussi jetsteam. The machine is not filling or spinning but is completely drained.

Any suggestions welcome.

remove the drain filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely and that nothing is jamming it up.could be a blockage,faulty drain pump,faulty control PCB
