My protherm 80e works with cover off but not when its on. ?

The pressure switch is operating as is the fan. I have put new seals around the front cover but still the same problem

just above the fan there should be a rubber tube connected to the flue by a small spigot pull the tube off and thoroughly clean the venturi pipe (its an hour glass shaped tube so make sure it's clean through the narrow middle section)
