If I remember correctly - that is a lazer shutter error - The lazer shutter is supposed to open when you put in a new drum cartridge - there is a little tab on the left side of the cartridge - take the cartridge out and look closely at the lazer for the shudder lever. Make sure the shutter opens or you may have to rig the cartridge so it will open the shudder.
