How can I fix Diplomat ADP 8234 dishwasher?

I have Diplomat Dishwasher Type 12043 Model ADP 8234. When I switch on it goes for a few minutes then stops and the message E9 appears on the display. The dishes are wet so water seems to be getting in but not cleaning. Please help!
