Chaffoteaux Calydra 100

When I use the shower the intial water is hot but soon as the ondemand tank is empty the water seems to get progressively cooler.

Shower is standard shower not Power Shower or pump assisted.

Heating circuit seems to work fine and rads are too hot to touch.
