the word phone appears intermittently on the display. when this happens the radio mutes and all the functions cease to opperate. it can be several weeks betwean occurances and will last randomely for 2 or3 days when it occurs. it does not appear to be anything to do with the phone button on the front panel as the word mute is displayed when this is pressed. any ideas?

• Where available, press the
PHONE button to mute your audio
unit.
• Press PHONE again to unmute

have you tried to Bluetooth enable/disable
