My Diplomat 8702 washing machine won't drain?

Hi,

My Diplomat 8702 washing machine still has water sitting in the drum after the wash has finished. This is a new problem, as the machine has been working fine until now (over 2 years).

Any ideas as to how to fix this would be appreciated.

I have the same problem I have been told it is the pump , but cannot find a spare one anywhere! Did you get a answer, please help .
