what is wrong with my dimplex storage heater?

There is an intermittent electrical fault. heater will be ok for a couple of hrs and then trips the fuse. The unit is a standard dimplex storage heater

i switched on the heater by the main switch then switched up the heat but there is no heat coming from heater.
