How can I fix my hotpoint Mistral Fridge Freezer?

Freezer works fine, Fridge stays warm/ambient.
various blogs suggest Thermistor needs replacing, which one.....?
Compressor + Fan working fine, not sure about evaporator fan in freezer which circulates cold air.
