Front door not closing properly?

My front door (UPVC /steel) is not clsoing properley as it seems to have moved on the top part so its very tight to shut. I have to lift the bottom to be able to bring it in line in order to shut the door. This happended 2 years ago and somone came and made adjustments to sealed hinges which have a little hole and an ALun key screw which adjusts. It was fixed at the time but the problem has recurred. I don,t know what he did to adjust it . Does anyoone know what I can do?

it's nothing to do with the hinges, the weight of the door has forced it out of square. you need to remove the top beading, and put extra packing above the glass, doorhandle side, to square it up, these packers can be bought on the net,i'ts called toeing and heeling the door, check it on the net, search upvc doors.

remove the caps under the bottom of the hinges and adjust the door up using an allen key
