Changing belts on ma1958 Bernina 530-a?

I am replacing the motor belts on my 530 and I can't seem to get the lower belt tight Anyone know what adjusts that?

It is likely that the belt is a bit too large... or is a belt for the upper pulley, not the one that goes to the motor.

You should be able to slacken the motot to tighten the belt.
