I have a Sky+ box that is working perfectly however the Grundig Sky box I have in my bedroom that I pay £10 extra per month to SKY for has stopped working. It states NO SATELLITE SIGNAL is being received. The signal strength is full but the signal quality is nil and NOT LOCKED. Does anyone have any ideas or is my box goosed?

Grundig boxes have known fault that causes this problem.

The fix is to replace all the capacitors in the Power Supply Unit (PSU) with uprated versions. Or, if soldering isn't a skill, one can replace the whole PSU. OR if that is beyond ones's skill set, one can replace the whole Set Top Box.
