replacing remote control for panasonic tau TBM2AC0282?

My kids have misplaced the remote control for my panasonic tau. It's driving me CRAZY, as really miss pointing the remote at the TV and the channel changes and/or viewing two programs using the "picture in picture". I need another remote control NOW!!!!
