Does my silavent SDF 100 wall fan need replacing?

I have silavent SDF100 axial wall fan in bathroom - meant to come on with light but does nothing.
Upon inspection, nothing obvious wrong.
Do they have a fuse somewhere?
If I don't get it mended, will the fact that it still has an electrical supply going to it cause any further problems?
