boiler has stopped working and the lock out light is lit?

My boiler has just stopped working and the pressure was way down and the lock out light is on. I have increased the pressure but the light is still on and the boiler is not firing up. The reset button does not work!
It is an oil heatslave Worcester

Are you trying the correct reset button?
There is one underneath the control box where the clock and thermostat controls are situated, towards the left hand side if I recall.
