seems every winter I get the same old ignition lockout on my Smith GB100W gas boiler (baseboard radiant heat). just noticed the ignitor is cracked, my questions are 1. is it called ignitor? 2. why every year, should i clean the unit, dust,etc? 3. any chain stores that carry that part?
