E5 & E6 error on AX 100?

I have an E5 error but pressing CLR then 1 just brings up and E6 error. It doesn't matter what I press it just beeps and gives an E4,E5 or E6 error.

Any ideas.

Thanks but I have tried that and it just beeps. It has been standing idle for about 10 months or so. I have got the manual but that doesn't tell you how to resolve the issue.

It sounds like you are not logging on to the machine before you use it.
Make sure you enter a clerk number and then press ID ON/OFF button. The default clerk number is 1
