blocked drain?

After seeing and reading of exorbitant drain clearance charges - rip off Britain (one £500 for hour and half and it didn't involve repairs...long story ) what's a fair price?
My hepsleeve pipe is fine cctv checked 3months ago and manhole construction also fine, so know there are no breaks and no repairs required.
