I have a baxi boiler, my pilot light is on, but system not working,?

The system is Baxi Boiler Bermuda W, do you need to light the boiler?, there is instructions on the back but unfortunately they are not in good shape and I can't read anything

The pilot light should be lit the thermostat on the boiler should be turned up , and the controls all should be calling for heat including the room stat if there is one
