when i set my machine to wash program ie cottons 40 degrees 1400 rpm the program starts by pumping out water and then starts to fill then it stops and the start light starts to flash when reset this will do this on numerous occasions and will some time start and go all the way through

could be a dryer element earth leakage fault.need a test meter to prove this but 10Mohms to earth or less on an element might make the machine behave in this way
