since buying vaillant, things have been fine until this morning when i found pool of water on work top surface under boiler's location, just as i was looking outside of the window in amazement at the amount of falling snow!!! it was as if the snow was impacting the boiler. could someone please tell me what could be the problem? had boiler serviced few months ago.
