Is it bocked Sue, do you mean the contents in the pan wont go away?
The old fashioned method is to get a mop, flush the toilet and plunge the toilet pan vigourously back and forth with the mop. Be careful not to use to much force as to break the pan but be vigorous enough to force the water down the S bend.
