Vent problem Tricity bendix TM220W?

Hi. I hope someone out there can help me. My
Problem with the Tricity Bendix TM220W Electric Dryer
Hi. I hope someone out there can help me. My Tricity Bendix TM200w works fine when I use an indoor venting box. However the condensation from it has caused severe dampness and in some places the plaster skim has lifted off the wall of the utility room!. When i originally purchased the dryer I tried using a vent in the wall but the the clothes would not dry properly or took an absolute age to dry, hence the indoor venting box , but with the condensation causing so much damage I have had to try using the hole in the wall vent again but, unfortunately, with this set up, the old problem of half dried clothes after an hour in the dryer has returned . I would realy appreciate any advice that would help. Many thanks Mike

Hi CK .
Thanks for your tip buut I have checked that this vent is clear and it is. I was wondering if the vent hole is too low. it is only about 8 inches above the outlet from the machine. Could this affect performance?

the vent through the wall could be blocked up on the outside with fluff on the insect screen or when you push the machine back the hose collapses and restricts the air flow.2 common reasons for this problem
