expansion vessel?

what is the correct pressure for a vokera mynute 20 expansion pressure vessel and what are the symptoms if the pressure is too low. My boiler fires up for a few seconds then shuts down again any ideas if this is related to pressure problem?

The pressure will be stipulated by the manufacturer (usually has a label on the vessel indicating the charge pressure) Generically 0.75-1.0 bar

And no, it's not related to the other issue you have.
