my combi boiler is not working. ?

my combi boiler is not working.is it something to do with the pipe being outside. it tries its best to fire up but fails to stay alight.

I have the same problem.

How do you mean, you parted the pipe?

Ours comes through the wall and outside? No amount of boiling / warm water being poured over it seems to work.

Pressure low too.
Thanks,
Catherine

your outside condensate pipe is more than likely frozen up due to the current COLD weather we have been having, if possible part the pipe then see how much water then runs out ,I did this and was shocked how much trapped water came out of mine but the boiler then fired up successfully.

frozen external pipes are not covered by boiler insurance policy s
