How can i stop the baffles from vibrating?

I have a worcester camray 5 external oil boiler. On startup there is a loud rattle coming from the baffle plates which can be felt all over the house. They seem to be quite loose inside the boiler. How can i stop them vibrating? any ideas?

thanks, but the boiler was serviced by a Worcester Engineer (£210) so i assume it is set up right.

Although qualified in oil, I have limited experience.

However, baffles (in my experience) are not fixed, they are placed in a given order to maximise output.

Having said this, it sounds more like explosive ignition causing the baffles to vibrate rather than the baffles being a problem themselves.

Check ignition electrodes and nozzle (electrodes not dirty and in correct alignment and nozzle is the correct type and likewise clean), and air intake ratios to try to ensure a smoother ignition.

Best guess I can give, maybe someone more experienced can answer you better.
