My SIME friendly format boiler is showing no lights on the control panel?

The boiler is not firing. There are no lights onthe control panel. I have checked supply fuse and PCB fuse, both seem ok. Are there any other fuses I have not checked please ?

There is an internal fuse which I have found and replaced. I now have power to the control board but the boiler will still not fire up.

Does it look likely that the Ignition PCB has gone ?
