how can i fix my boiler?

my boiler isnt working and its the burner light. The reset switch isnt working. I think its a maxi boiler. (whatever that is)

could do with more info. what exactly happens sara, i need to know exactly what happens, if fan runs, boiler lights then goes out, or doesnt do anything. i'l help.
