How to connect dryer power cord?

how to connect 10-gauge/three wire power cord to Kenmore dryer. All three wires are sheathed in gray. The middle one is slightly smaller, otherwise they all look the same. Currently there is a four wire plug attached, with white, green and red wires

the middle wire is the earth always smaller than the phase and neutral, doesnt really matter the colors as long as you know what you connect them 2, normally blue is neutral red is phase or live
