Anyway remove spare place car in first or reverse.
chock wheels that will stay on ground slacken off wheel nuts jack up the car on the side the flat tyre is on and continue removing wheel nuts. Have spare ready to fit but you'll have to jack car up another 9inches to allow for the full pressured spare to clear the ground when fitting it on.
Preferably carry out on level ground.
