my Worcester- Bosch boiler wont fire up?

Water was dripping from the fan housing I have freed the ice from the overflow pipe and emptied the resevoir but when attempting to reset it wont fire up, I can hear it trying but no joy. Any ideas please ?

my worcester 240 combi rsf boiler makes a clatter noise when firing up with the hot water and sometimes the heating, we have to keep resetting it to get the heating and the water back on.
We have changed the main pcb board and the ignition board
