The boiler loses pressure within a couple of minutes from normal operating pressure to zero. This is a new fault and not something thats happened before. the water is escaping through the pressure release valve. could it just be the release valve needing replaced or could it be something else causing this? (boiler is around 5 years old)

Darren Hi,
When was the last time your boiler was serviced
Do you know if the expansion vessels were checked
There are two on this model 1 for DHW and 1 for CH
1 is white and the other is grey.
If you switch the boiler to DHW only what happens.
Hope this might be of use.
