My WM1814cw's motor is humming / squealing but doesn't spin. I tried the unplug and hold the start button, and the spin the drum a few times.. neither worked. It did spin a few times but when it stopped to change direction I think the controller got confused. Any input on this one? Of course it happened yesterday.. We hosted Christmas dinner... Now we are sitting on a lot of dirty clothes and linen..
