I have a Brother printer MFC 425CN and on the screen it's repeating can not clean printer heads. See trouble shooting in manual. I have cleaned the printer, the ink cartridges have ink in and as fare as i can see there is no paper stuck in the printer. On asking it to clean printer heads it is saying see trouble shooting.
