Sounds like the fan has failed.
Reset the boiler then while the boiler is attempting to light go through the following:
Make sure the electrical plug is in the fan:
Press + and i together, you will see D0, navigate with the + button to D33 and press i
This will give you the fan speed target in rpm x10 (if it displays 0 then the pcb has probably failed)
now press i again then + to D34, press i
This value should be approximately the same as D33, if it is displaying 0 (and D33 has a positive value) the fan is not turning.
If the fan is plugged in, it has failed and will need replacing, you will need an installer to replace as it involves disturbing the gas valve and the CO ratios will have to be set after replacement.
