how do i remove a scotia pvc door from its frame?

i have a pvc door fitted by scotia double glazing
i am trying to remove it from its frame to fit laminate flooring under it as it cant be done in situ, the door has three hinges. the hinge has a pvc cap. on removing this i found a metal cap with external threads removable with an allen key.
i removed all three but the door didnt budge
