It had the wrong code put in up to step "7safe". now have correct codes for both changer and radio. Been told the ignition has to be left on to gain further access. Any idea how long and is it with radio on or off as i have waited an hour each time in both on and off? Any ideas? If I get it sorted i'll post answer anyway cos there may be some1 else tearing their hair out as well. Thanx.

no need to wait turn ignition on press tp and ads together and you should have 4 zeros flashing if not try pressing two more keys ?worked for my vectra hope that helps.regards bob

Ignition to ACC position.Hold AS button and turn on radio keeping button AS held until you hear beep---7SAFE should clear in approx 30 mins
