My ativa DX120P stopped working.with power on it will not acept 1 sheet ?

MyAtiva DX120P 12 sheet paper shredder stoped working. It will no acept 1 sheet of paper.I have tryed rev, forward, stop/on and unpluged the unit from the power sorce. I only used it for 6 month and lightly.

What to do?
