These heaters normally have a fuse spur (like a plug socket) next to them. Check the fuse, which should be a 13amp, if thats not the problem then these heaters have a cut out button on the inside of them (you`ll have to remove the casing). If none of these work then i dont know, but i have a few in some flats i rent out and they are always playing up.
