how do i access the spider on a hotpoint wm83

the 2 drums the outer & inner must be separated to inspect the spider assembly,
check the shaft for wear ridges
check for a broken arm close to the bolt/rivet end of spider arm
check the center shaft where the metal attaches to the aluminium for cracks
