Suspect that the supply is us. Friend of mine has the same problem and the power pack is dead.There is a thermocouple ( thermal fuse) in the transformer which 'blows' when the transformer overheats.It is not repairable as it is buried in the windings of the transformer. Get an electrician to check the continuity between the live and neutral pins of the power pack, if open circuit the 'fuse' has blown. A replacement power pack will be needed but are obsolete!........
