I have recently had a biasi riva advance he fitted by a gas safe engineer.The boiler seems to work fine except the fan and pump never stop.The timer is set to manual and the outer casing is still off.The boiler stat is set to min. just keeping the house aired.(major works going on).Is this normal.?
