FRAME NUMBER FULL!!

If your camera displays this message then the frame counter ( The number displayed in the top right when you play back your photo's) has reached 999-9999 and will need to be reset before you can continue to take photographs.
To reset the counter you need a formatted card in your camera. There is an option in your settings menu for formatting but remember to save your current pictures to your pc before doing so otherwise you will lose them when you format because it will wipe the card clean.
Next, select "FRAME NO." in your settings menu and set it to "RENEW".
Now come out of the settings menu and take a picture.
Review your picture and check the counter in the top right of the screen is reading 100-0001. The counter has now been reset.
Now go back in to your settings menu and again select "FRAME NO" and set this back to "CONT".
You can now take pictures as normal
Please note that if you have multiple cards you will need to do the same with all of them as the card will store the frame number that it last used when in the camera.
