my zanussi fridge/freezer is not cold enough?

If the problem of my zanussi fridge/freezer is possibly the auto defrost..and I need to turn off the appliance for 24hours, will my frozen food defrost if I do not open the door?

you need to remove the food and defrost for 24 hrs with BOTH doors left open other wise you will be wasting your time!
