chaffoteux and maury minima mx2 24ff lights 40 60 80 flashing.It says the extractor and pressure regulator at rest. what does this mean?

I got a similar problem, but the light 40,60, 70 flashing ie 'Extractor off, pressure regulator at rest'. Donot how to fix it. I need help as well. I am trying to get an engineer, but no luck.
