We need to remove a damaged drum lifter/paddle. We have watched several online videos of how to replace them on other makes of machine, and these all seem to just slide forward after you gently depress a clip conceled beneath the third hole forward. I have spent an hour poking and prodding through the holes and can't find the lug (if there is one)
For God sake, and my sanity, please help.....

Hi, Just had the same problem & slightly tapped from the front with rubber handle from a hammer & it knocked if off backwards. The metal lug is under the 2nd hole from the back (the 1st small one from the back) and way over to the left. not tried to refit yet but hope this helps
