how do i replace my tv's cord that my dog chewed up?

i have a 51"hd flat screen toshiba. brand new and my dog chewed on the the part of the cord that connects into the wall. how do i replace the cord?

It's a safety specified part, so it should only be replaced with the original specification by a qualified engineer. Shouldn't cost much though.
